Privacy notice
RUTTO collects as little as it needs to answer your inquiry. This notice covers the English site at rutto.co.kr/en.
1. What we collect
Through the English contact form: your name, email address, project type and project description, and, if you choose to give them, your company or brand, budget range and timeline. We don't ask for a phone number or postal address.
2. Why we use it
Only to read and reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. We don't use it for marketing and don't sell or share it with anyone else.
3. How long we keep it
We delete inquiry details without delay once the conversation is over. If the inquiry becomes a project, we keep what is needed for as long as the working relationship continues.
4. Services that process it for us
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, and the website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides our visitor statistics (Vercel Analytics). Both may process data outside South Korea, including in the United States. Vercel Analytics records anonymous, aggregated visits and doesn't identify individuals.
5. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the information you sent us.
6. Contact
For anything about your information, email hello@rutto.co.kr.
